School outreach activities on commercialization of space travel

My students and I perform STEM outreach for local schools and clubs. My focus on outreach is on STEM careers in commercial spaceflight globally. I have been using a nice resource from the European Space Agency at https://www.esa.int/Education/Teachers_Corner/Teach_with_space3. I would like to see virtual simulation activities related to these K-12 resources on how STEM fields contribute to space manufacturing and other commercial endeavors.
